You’ve got attitude

And it will make or break you.

If you’ve got the right attitude, you can succeed in your career or business. Whatever it may be. If you’ve got the wrong attitude, I don’t want to work with you. Neither will most people.

You can choose whether to go into work looking to do good for others - make them smile, make their day easier, help them out - or to focus only on yourself.

(Most of the time, people aren’t maliciously looking to make others’ lives difficult - they just fall into the trap of self-centeredness).

Pick the right attitude. Be there for other people. Be easy to work with. Be the go-to guy or girl. Be pleasant to spend time wit. Be helpful. Be generous. Be kind. Be honest.

It’s not hard.
